Absence of labour protections to law firm lawyers because of BCI rules

As much ironic as it may sound, I wish to participate in a PIL drafting competition, but I cannot come up with any proposition to begin with. I'm well versed in drafting memorials, but am unable to come up with any legal issue. Folks of LI, please help.
