Dime a dozen stories about how lawyers from top tier firm and otherwise are directly responsible for regulatory action on the client. I have personally come across many lawyers who drag a case along for years at end and they exist primarily to damage the clients. It is not as noble as it is made out to be. It is a 2 bit profession. Let us face it
This profession was only a play game for ultra rich and privileged people. Look at the profiles of senior advocates. It was pastime activity for them, just like golf.
true. But the amount of virtue signalling being professed is what should put the younger lawyers on red alert. They should not be swayed by the smooth talk of these so called 'Seniors' about how noble this profession is and why they should be doling out slave labour.

Technically, the virtue signalling 'seniors' will not even look at a client without having placed 10 Lakhs at the table.

It is better for younger professionals to look at MBA as an option.
If youre noble then the profession will be. If you use cynicism to excuse your own misbehaviour- others will too.
Wut ? Which nepo kid cares about being an honest lawyer and restoring nobility to the profession ?
Sorry to burst the bubble. That's actually the unflattering but popular opinion
