Could you tell me what type of work you were assigned to and whether you got any drafting work (question reserved for interns only) and whether Gshanks has a system of having paralegals or long interns in his chamber And plus the overall working atmosphere of his chamber.
Usually interns get a certificate mentioning the work they have done and a recommendation of sorts. Also, a cheque. My batchmate from NUJS just finished there and it was for 25k, which is the highest any one of us got for an internship
Hi! I know thi is later but how did you get the internship? If I may ask?
Hi op here, does g shanks also do trial work i forgot to mention this in the question?
Nope. In fact, doesn't do any Tribunals either. Does the occasional PIL / Pro Bono at HC, but rarely.
i have 0 interest in litigation (only because i dont have the time to settle) but this was heartwarming to read. lots of wishes sir and ma'am
can you please provide the email id for applying for an internship?
10 associates, and as sir himself says, they are the reason the interns are taken care of and guided. All very warm and knowledgeable, share food, gave us rides from court but made us all work hard. Vishal and Trisha are tops
And speaking of them as mentors, their juniors Shrutanjaya (Rank 1) and Trisha (Rank 4) cracked the AoR exam this week!
