In the long run and by seeing the bigger picture, is becoming an AoR actually worth it for a first gen lawyer with no connections? Or is there any other tangible benefit of being an AoR?
Obviously. You’ll be one of the few ones who’ll be allowed to file cases in the SC. Many AoRs earn solely through filing, and have a very limited practise. It’s always worth it.
No longer part of a small group though. These days, many people are clearing the AOR exam.
