Killing street dogs humanely and painlessly is the best solution. Streets need to be cleaned out. And those who have dogs at home need to be trained to take proper care of their dogs, get them trained, vaccinated, neutered, etc. If these rules are properly enforced, things will be better, both for dog lovers and non-lovers.
When even supposedly intellectual NLU students display fascistic attitudes towards animals, what can we expect from the government? We would live in a better world if politicians and lawyers were locked up instead.
