This is strange, how people act as judge and the jurry. Reading one side of the story and then calling other side names, passing judgements. The fresher (who was not a fresher but a lateral hiring) did this BS, apolozised at his own free will in person (not only on e-mails) to at least some of the seniors, called them brother/sister without any coersion. To tell some one to improve and correct his attitude towards work is no bullying and that so call poor chap seemed high spirited and did not show any signs of mental trauma to say the least. Any one can pick up and write such email, name and shame people, leak the e-mail and make this a national issue. Gyan dena bahut asan hai. And I think we all should move on from this and cut the crap!

And you’re now the judge of whether someone has mental trauma or not? I interned with a highly abusive person at a T1, and no one could tell how bothered I was. There are several other aspects of this story which I don’t think you know either. Pretty rich to tell others to stop being a ‘judge and jury’ and literally being one yourself.

A person is tagged as abusive if he/ she wants associates to work. There have been multiple instances when a person cooks up the story after getting flaks from the seniors. I have known Abhishek for a longtime, and he is an exceptional lawyer. I have got so much to learn from him in each and every assignment that I have done with him.

Now everyone know the truth how those individuals involved are toxic and dangerous for their associate mental and physical well being. Very cunningly mention that the complainant on its own "with his greatest free will" has sent apology acter the complainant no sane person will do if he has taken such a big step. Yes, let’s definitely pin the entire toxic culture on someone who’s been here shorter than a Netflix trial subscription.

While it's truly heartbreaking to think of the unnamed associate's alleged "behavioral issues," we shouldn't lose sight of the real victims here: the woefully insecure senior partners, who have had to hide their inadequacies behind imposing job titles and an arsenal of jargon. So long as we have these vulnerable souls shepherding these top-tier centers of excellence, how could anything possibly go wrong?

Thank heavens for this "Real Story," which lifts the curtain on a tragicomedy starring bewildered seniors and a freshman employee who apparently has the uncanny power to bend the world to his ill will—or not. May the esteemed senior partners find the courage to endure this grievous ordeal. Absolutely correct! In the e-mail he blabbers that his professional achievements are being undermined. What are his professional achievements.... 2 - maximum 3 three years of experience. running from every organization at the drop of the hat! such people needs to learn patience!

lol please read the language you’ve used. You’re absolutely no one to talk crap about anyone’s professional achievements. It’s a shame that this has become such a public issue when he only meant to escalate the issue. You, or any of us for that matter, are also not the judge of whether he was tortured or not. Evidently there is a miscommunication on both ends and rather than acknowledging that you’re talking Shit about someone you know nothing about.

Since when it has become a felony to tell a fellow lawyer/ associate his mistakes in work and guiding them. Does it make a person/ law firm/ team toxic. If that is the case, then every organization, whether a law firm or otherwise are toxic. Instead of sulking and alleging unprofessionalism, the associate should be thankful for getting the right guidance and withdrawing his email.

This email alleging unprofessionalism is really laudable, and mind it that these comments of unprofessionalism are coming from an associate who does not even know what professionalism means and who has been jumping boats every 6 months, and mis behaving with every organization member that he has been part of...

It is also true that such mindless comments are coming from associates who are part of the mutual admiration club, and who have either become disinterested in work or have been given notice to look for other jobs. It is very easy for fence sitters to make malicious comments just for the sake of having fun. I have personally seen this guy being absent from client meetings since he had an urge to smoke.

The people who are applauding the guts of this associate and treating this as revolutionary step, must hire this guy, and get ready for the next viral story….
