Hello, requesting any of the standing counsels having practice in tribunals and HC (Preferably Bombay HC) to share their experiences and about the work.

There are many opinions that it's dominated by a small number of counsels having face value, among other things and is difficult to enter and the pay is abysmal in the guise of learning.

Would really appreciate some insights.

If you have a safety net at home, may consider. Else avoid.
