On average, it's Trilegal/KCO. Followed by SAM, AZB. CAM has really hit whatever the opposite of its stride is.

Of course, some teams/practice areas may be Tier 1 on their own (LV at CAM, Aswath at AZB), despite the above list.

Yes. But its very difficult to make it considering the limited intake they have as compared to Trilegal, CAM and SAM (which are other three good imo).
