Hi Guys, I am a 4th year law student, interested in corporate law. Someone suggested me to get a grip on the Companies Act before college ends. Can you guys please tell some important topics of the act from the job and interview POV?

Read up imp provision s- buy-back , private placement, MOA, AOA, debentures and swaps, ESOP,comapnies rules etc. Also keep studying FEMA side-by-side for a good grip on CBT and FDI.
