Does anyone have any ideas on the pay scale offered by Vritti Law to its associates (from PQE 1 - 2)? It's a new firm and there are very less details available online. Appreciate the inputs (if any).

So they seem to be paying basis your last drawn salary and have a band system. Not sure of the details.

My friend works there - he confirmed this. Your salary is based on your last drawn salary. Don’t know if this will change in the coming year.

Worst firm not good for freshers

Buddy, how do you know it’s the worst firm for freshers? They started around 6 months back and haven’t hired/ not hiring any freshers.

Maybe you’re thinking of some other firm.

He probably knows the partners. Doubt they started off in this profession 6 months back?
