Hi. Does the firm get to know when you buy a stock? I'm not insider trading or anything. The value of the shares I'm considering purchasing is very small as well. The process to seek approval seems too cumbersome that's all. Is there any way that the firm can directly access our DMAT details from any depository?
Get an account under Mom/Dad's name. They can be operated digitally so you can make trades. Also, open a bank account of Mom/Dad that you can control via net banking. You can gift money to your parents tax free. Transfer money to that account and buy. Unless you are doing insider trading or very large amount no one can trace this and in case they ever ask you to share share details, ownership is not with you so you are free.

Bhai if you are in T1, learn how to navigate the law instead of just making muscle memory doing braindead due diligences.
Nobody doing nothing bhai just invest in index or debt funds and regular elss nps. Only stocks wud be an issue but why do u wanna invest in stocks in this fragile market
