Arvind is the absolute best and is one of the nicest people you could work with. Sharp guy who will sit in office with you and put in the hours, not throw everything at the juniors and expect you to work miracles overnight. Patient, great teacher. Cannot ask for better, really- a rare gem produced in an undoubtedly toxic space.
