I have secured an internship for the winter break at both firms' corporate teams at noida office for CAM and delhi office for indus. The issue is both are in the same months hence I will have to skip one. Which one should I do for a ppo purpose? Which one is more likely to hand out an offer for corp team considering im in 4th year with average acads at T1 law school?
Skip Indus, its literally a firm which is known only because of its Capmarks, TMT and Employment work done; not too active on the GC front. CAM would help you leverage General Corporate in this regard. So, go for CAM in my opinion.
He didn't ask which practice area they want to "leverage", just wanted a PPO.
And to answer this, DO NOT take CAM. They give the offer letters too late and you will be in constant agitation until you hear your offer is retracted. Cam also doesnt pay enough for its shit work culture.
By all means, Indus. But I do not know how easy it is to get one at Indus as I seldom hear peeps doing so. But if they do, offer letters are given and no retraction.
