This is Tri's A0 pay so how is it good , an A1 at tri will earn more than an A1 at SAM
If A1 pay is 21 LPA then that's pretty good, considering Trilegal is 20.5 to 22 (depending on performance).
Announced and not paid. Don't know what's worse, the late announcement, the bad increments or not even paying it as yet.
Just Jookinggg. Is it? A firm where the shroffs take atleast a 60% cut (most partners only make 20-25% of what they make, with the balance 15% going to admin expenses) and they aren't in management, lol. You must be from HR, trying to confuse things.
Huh? Family has stepped away from senior management? What are you tripping on? Read ID se aao PSS…
The family has stepped away from senior management, stop spreading lies
It's so bad they haven't put out a Bar and Bench release, coz if they do it'll be in public how lowball the figures are
Promoter group keeps money to itself and doesn't let it trickle down. All that money but the people who work for you don't wish you well- what's the point?
Has the freshers' pay scale been also revised? In that case, what's the freshers' salary for batch of 2024?
THE MODERATION RATE IS AT 12 HOURS NOW, what's happening screams cries
It is so bad. Pls don't come here. Associates gonna dissipate real soon. Management and partners are becoming greedier by the year. Not even an avg of 15% increment this year. Even less at higher levels. Eat shit SAM management
the increments were basically the management telling people "please leave we don't care" v v v sad
Yes. A1 salary after revised "increment" is 16.8+4.2. Consistently only 5% or max 10% increments have happened. Shambolic that family run firms still continue to run their business like this.
SAM Kirana has again showed what a mess it is to work at a family owned firm!!! bad increments and people are shocked. Expect to see a huge exodus
Shardul Amarchand just announced increments and they’re pretty bad I’m hearing? What’s the general increment %? Hearing SAM is all between 10 - 15% max
