If A1 pay is 21 LPA then that's pretty good, considering Trilegal is 20.5 to 22 (depending on performance).

Just Jookinggg. Is it? A firm where the shroffs take atleast a 60% cut (most partners only make 20-25% of what they make, with the balance 15% going to admin expenses) and they aren't in management, lol. You must be from HR, trying to confuse things.

Yes. A1 salary after revised "increment" is 16.8+4.2. Consistently only 5% or max 10% increments have happened. Shambolic that family run firms still continue to run their business like this.
