Good place to go and learn and then leave. There is no real teams concept so no specialization at all. Corporate team will do corporate, banking, advisory, regulatory everything. They have no fixed career paths or no clear path to partnership. Good to get general work, learn and then look for T1 opportunities or in house roles. Real estate work is very good though.
