Same question have one month internship there and I graduate in 2026. NLU student.
Look at their CM Associate pool, people who have no background of the practice are working on the biggest deals. Their hiring, internship intake and approach to PPOs needs to change for gods sake.
Is there any chance of securing PPO in Indus, Bangalore where I’m about to graduate in 3-4 months?? Honest and very serious opinion needed

Never, if you keep displaying such level of entitlement.
If it's good there, there shouldn't be vacancies as well

Mumbai's team is more professional, Delhi is worse from what I have heard in terms of intern exposure.
Tier 1 NLU se hai bhai tu, why do you want to end up doing the most clerical non-sensical work your entire life? Go for M&A, you have 2 years to bag a PPO.
They have overhired this year for CM across all offices. Unless there is any form of attrition this year or next year, they will not hire. Mostly on a freeze till 2025. Try SAM, CAM, S&R and KCO for capmarks.
Step 1: Have jugaad

Alternatively,

Step 2: Suck up to the Mentor or the Partners so they keep you.

There is simply no merit in indus PPO. (source: Interned there 1m5 years back in corp team)
Hi guys,

I am in the third year of a tier 1 NLU, and am confirmed to intern next month in the CM team at IndusLaw. When can I expect a PPO? After doing callbacks till 4th year, 5th year?
