CAM hires from every Tier but discriminates in pay.CAM hires from Symbi,ILS,SLC,KCL,Rizvi, GLC, but pays them around half of what it pays NLU,unless ofc the candidate is a client or judges contact.Then they pay that candidate same as NLU.IMO, Today CAM will hire even a law failed candidate if they are willing to sign like a bond that they won't leave for one year
CAM cannot afford to hire only fromTier 2 NLU because CAM is a firm that most people will not stay at beyond 6 months given their horrible work culture And the market has no respect for candidates from CAM because they don't know the law but if they do they won't follow it for the sake of their big rich clients,so switching from CAM is also a tough task.If CAM make such a policy they won't have any employees to do the work and will be finished.
