Consider joining a team which leaves early. But someone "understanding" natural body clock and all is very very rare. Especially for an individual who is so new in the profession.

Join Resolut partners. Start office at sharp 8:30 and leave by around 6:00. They need people as well, although not a disputes firm
Is Resolut the only firm that starts this early?

Move to US. Lawyers there tend to start work early. Most stay back only to earn bonuses.
Consider starting your own independent practice. You can manage your own schedule. Also, if you really do start your day early, and are disciplined + self-motivated, you will do really well.
