Dear Junior Advocates, please be informed that many senior lawyers for winning cases by getting exparte orders from court are taking junior Advocates (working in their chamber) signature on documents and briefs for the opposite side by making them sign forcefully or without making them read the document or making them sign without their knowledge. This type of litigation is void-ab-initio and not legally correct. Many cases are going on in courts without the knowledge of opposite parties and junior lawyers who is not aware of the matter on their name. This way some of the Senior lawyers are minting money. As juniors leave within few months they are not aware that cases have been filled with their names. Strict action has to be initiated on such fraudulent senior lawyers and they have to be put in jail to deter them for doing such type of malpractices in courts. - Adv. Rashmi Raghavan
