This is really big news. I think he will aim for a big SCOTUS test case with a RW petitioner who was sacked or cancelled for posting on Hunter Biden or the Wuhan lab leak theory. The conservative-majority SCOTUS will rule in the petitioner’s favour. That must be his real agenda.
