1. Jindal receives hundreds of crores of funding from Naveen Jindal and Goldman Sachs. They have the money to increase infrastructure to accommodate more students, but NLSIU and NUJS do not have that luxury. Jindal has recently acquired many acres of surrounding land. That can never happen at NLSIU and NUJS.

2. Jindal is filed with rich ▮▮▮ kids who don’t need placements and can join their father’s litigation practice or business. Or they can go abroad for higher studies and settle there. NLSIU and NUJS cater to the middle class and have reservations for SC/ST/OBC/EWS with low social capital (unlike Jindal). They do not have that luxury and may run the risk of having many students who are unable to get decent jobs.

3. Rajkumar gives a lot of emphasis to skills-based courses, often in partnership with law firms. Sudhir is too arrogant to do this (see his India Today conclave interview) while the NUJS VC is clueless and offers courses with zero market potential, like LLB in criminology. Thus, Jindal has a large number of average ability students with high practical skills, while NLSIU and NUJS have a number of high ability students with low practical skills. Between the two, many recruiters may prefer the former.
3 is certainly not accurate. The skill level of Jindal graduates is nowhere even comparable to the students of NLSIU or NUJS.

Han bhai tabhi Jindal se 10% students place hote hai aur NLS/NUJS se almost 100%. [This year was an exception, I am sure that the numbers at Jiggles hasn't crossed 30 (Including PPOs)]
