JSA is now just a diligence factory, they have 1 or 2 EPs who do some big ticket matters but everyone else is just doing the same old fund infusion or india leg of US transaction stuff on behalf of foreign law firms who charge 5x. Trilegal will pay you better, treat you with more dignity and respect and has a much better name in the market than JSA which operates out of a post office style building in a forgotten part of the city.
