Incoming A0 here. I am obese and have started my weight loss journey recently, and have been able to lose considerable weight and wish to have a healthy law firm lifestyle. I know that the law firm life invites a lot of long hours, stress etc which lead to health problems. Is it possible to avoid that. Also how and when can I find time to workout because I've heard a lot of horror stories from seniors. Is smoking a given too in this lifestyle? I've heard that smoking parlors are the new water coolers and if you want to have an active social life, you have to accompany seniors and peers too if invited. Would be glad to hear your inputs. Thanks.
I don’t think law firm people even have the time to do exercise. I guess most will wait for the Indian government to approve the new weight loss job that everyone is talking about.
