Have heard a lot of Partners (read Senior) are giving gifts to some associates (of same or opposite gender) like jewellery, rides, or cars for favours (read whatever you like). How unfavorable it is to associates who are dragging their ass off for nothing or getting fired. Such a bad state :(

What kind of favours?

Hate to admit it but I’m guilty as charged when it comes to doling out gifts (to the opposite gender obviously), haven’t encounter many 🌈 people luckily at the workplace. It’s a symbiotic transaction with both the parties making gains. Given you are ugly & seemingly lack what the Gen Z calls Rizz, don’t see much of a bright future for you in this game.
