Wow! I just checked the journal. It is Journal of Survey in Fisheries Sciences. Not sure how law professors are publishing law articles in fishery science journal.
Is it a paid journal? How is ▮▮▮ permitted such publications?
Wow. Thanks for sharing. Obviously ▮▮▮ journal. Shockingly, the problem exists, not only in ▮▮▮ ▮▮▮ ▮▮▮, but even at certain NLUs. There are particular professors who merely lend there names to work by students, or publish plagiarised stuff, or create their own journal and publish there.
1. [Alleged] copyright violation raised by student highlights the glaring issue of faculty stealing from students or allowing ghost writers.
2. Even if the paper is authentic, is it ok to publish in journals which are not of your field ? How do these journals allow this?
3. ▮▮▮
4. Ofcourse these teachers will allegedly claim they got duped by agencies but how can such senior academicians be permitted to raise this when everyone knows Clemency is not a Chemical science issue.
It seems like a strategy by many college to increase their publications. No wonder Indian literature cannot be cited anywhere.
In ▮▮▮ there is this one professor who published a hard-contracts paper in a medical psychology journal, only to have a SCOPUS index. Further, some other faculty prey on students to 'co-author' papers, wherein, they make the student write the entire paper. I personally faced this with one prominent professor, who made me write an entire paper and barely made 3-4 grammatical changes and became a 'co-author.' His name was before mine as well lol.

I think many more people should check if the articles are plagiarised as all seem to be on similar theme from the same college:

Can someone tell me is it Scopus indexed and accepted for promotion ? Is this as per UGC norms or the faculty have committed unfair practicce?
