Usual time taken by SAM Delhi to come back after interview for a lateral hire. Do they inform if the decision is in negative? Had a word with HR who informed that the partner has not provided any updates yet. What else can be done?

They take about a week. However if they are giving you vague responses they answer is usually negative.

I applied through a recruiter and got an offer within 3 days.

Ahh, feels good to find a fellow refreshing his email to see a confirmation mail pop up 5 times a day, just like me. haha!
