I am a student who shall join a tier 2 NLU . I appeared for CLAT 2023 , post which we had a gap of 6 months . While I took a few certificate courses offered by GNLU and interned under an NGO , I noticed that people from the Batch of 28’ to have interned under advocates practising in HCs and some even interned with Senior Adv. Pradeep Rai on Linkedin. That makes me a little unsettled and will that effect my chances of securing an internship and placement in a law firm ?

No! People don't even include first year internships. Pre-law school internships will start getting excluded from 2nd-3rd year onwards.
