Should I join a tier 2 law firm or move in house. Please Enlighten me with the PROS & CONS of the respective moves. I want to continue as a lawyer and not switch to alternate career so please don’t dole out MBA advices. Also If an In-house move then what is the growth potential and expected Pay at these corp houses & which industry tends to have the better pay/scope of growth. Thanks in advance

Hi brother, was in a similar situation last year. A certain tech company came on day one and saved the day for me. Have to admit the work environment is great and pay is only slightly below T1s. From what I could gather the hikes are usually gradual so do keep that in mind before hopping into the bandwagon
