RPNLU is Yogi’s baby and RMLNLU is Mulayam’s baby, so will Yogi pour money into RPNLU and divert RMLNLU funds here? In fact, the name Ram Manohar Lohia is itself anathema to the right wing, because of Lohia‘s Mandal-based reservation politics. What does this mean for the future of RMLNLU? Will students and alumni push for NLU Nationalisation? As the BJP is in power in UP and the centre, perhaps Yogi will be open to it?

CM of UP is the General Council Chairperson (usually chancellor) of RML. CM hands convocation degrees. So it's Yogi who is chancellor of RML and not CJ of Allahabad
