Upon coming across an article a question struck my mind, whether a judgment given by a Magistrate be valid if their letter of termination was dated yesterday and the judgment was pronounced by them today? Do any learned advocates here know of any specific section which covers an issue like this under IPC or CrPc?

any opinion will be of great help to me as a first-year student of law. :)
What?Magistrate is not an employer, yes a judicial officer .Ministry can issue a letter of termination to Magistrate only after its allowed by High Courtesy.Termination of magistrate means misconduct,so then if letter of termination issues then Magistrate can't be passing judgements So then what is this judgement after termination? Not possible
I see. Is there any section in IPC or CrPC discussing this or something similar to this?
