NUJS has indeed performed above average but that is mostly due to 35+ PPOs and Trilegal giving 13+ Day Zero offers. Other firms gave 1-6 offers and no one except Trilegal recruited more than 4-5 students. Exactly 68 people have been placed at NUJS till now.

Usually around 20-25 people get jobs on Day Z at NLS. The reason for so many unemployed students after Day Z is because of a less number of PPOs. Just 12-13 people got PPOs. In other batches, the number usually crosses 22. 2ndly, more number of students have applied for placements this year. Otherwise, the hiring trend is the same.
The RCC should have called more firms other than calling the T1 firms only!
Can confirm the NUJS numbers. Around 65-70 including PPOs and Day Zero jobs. Not as good as previous years, but good enough considering the market conditions this year.
With the batch of 24 facing a hugely disappointing Day Zero even in Top NLUS such as NLUJ and NLS, with NLUD also not having the services of CAM and Khaitan, it is more or less expected that a similar hiring trend if likely to continue in GNLU which have their Day Zero from tomorrow. With massive recession fears, it seems that even God would not be able to save even the brightest of students from T-1 NLUs.
Around 17 accepted offers. One of the lowest in NLS history. The usual big hirer CAM has also made only some 7 offers.

Heard that the job prospects are down in all NLUs and only 20 jobs have been given out in NLSIU, NALSAR and NLUJ. Also, heard that there were 35+ jobs at NUJS on the Day Zero and with their PPOs they're nearing 70 jobs in their batch can anyone confirm this? The figures seem a little whacky considering the numbers have been very low in other law schools. If you know the exact numbers in other colleges please write below.
No! Only 20 got jobs, rest of us are getting panic attacks and hoping day one turns out better. What's the use of having such an illustrious alum base if they can't even get jobs for us despite us having good CVs and internships?
Around 25-30 people secured jobs at NLS on Day Z which is pretty usual. However, a good number of students were left without a single offer due to the lesser number of PPOs secured by the batch of 24 and more number of students opting for placements than the usual trend. Hopefully, the RCC will contact and get more number of firms than that are scheduled to come for Day One secure jobs for the majority of the batch!
At NLS the scene is pretty decent. Several law firms came except JSA. Offers are made and the day zero effect is not being felt much badly. Let’s wait and watch
