Can anyone please tell me if their respective firm has withheld their Bonus and Appraisal for the FY22-23 till date?

Is it a general market practice?

What I faced is that March end you get your bonus, and April you get an appraised salary.

Is the firm you refering - CAM?Have thet started withholding salaries against under some excuse because attrition is uncontrollable and they think that withholding bonuses might slow down the attrition exits?
