It’s this sort of wasteful populism and freebie culture that keeps India poor and backward. This is not what taxpayers money should be used for. This money should be spent on building roads, sanitation etc. Even though I am a BJP supporter I condemn this move by Shivraj Singh Chauhan. BJP. The BJP should fight the upcoming Madhya Pradesh election on the basis of governance, not freebies.
