I recently graduated from a college in Noida. I have done enough Tier I internships but I still don't have a job. I always had good reviews through all of my internships but when I asked them for an assessment internship, they hid behind the curtain of hiring freeze. Yet they are onboarding A0s like crazy.
I have been looking for opportunities in the TMT domain as all of my internships are in that domain only. Now it's been four months and I have had only 1 interview in AZB (didn't do well).
Now I have no idea what to do.
Please help me, with leads, suggestions, or whatever you else have.
People at T1 NLUs are struggling to get placed this year. Honestly, the hiring freeze is real. Look for T2-T3 opportunities and shift laterally after 1-2 years.
