This is CTC (including bonus). Most are split 40:60 / 50:50 / 60:40 with a mix of client credits and variable bonus. You mostly get paid 70% to 80% of the bonus amount (Atleast when you are 15 PQE). However, one should be vying for equity with this PQE.
Is this take home or inclusive of bonus ? If these numbers include the bonus / variable pay, then what's the typical split between fixed and the variable ? I hear unless one is a super performer, the bonus payout is between 30% - 50% (on an avg) of the variable amount. Is this understanding correct ? Please guide.
