Don't know exactly about the timeline of the recruitment process. But generally it's over 1-2 months for getting done with everything, considering that they have a long selection and shortlisting criteria. Additionally, it's one of the best places to work in, considering the CTC and other perks they offer, way more than any of these Tier-1 firms. The work culture is also quite good, considering that even on longer days you get back by 6-7 PM. They offer you exactly what they would to any other new recruits from IIMs/IITs

Often. The first call after application may take at least 5 months. If you keep tabs on the references that you have provided, you may be able to know whether your application is being taken seriously, since they will get a call for background check.
