A lot of people say that moving laterally becomes very easy for a SCAM lawyer. Is this true? If yes why do SAs with allegedly much lower pay do not shift to trilegal, Khaitan?

The Amarchand brand is mostly dead and gone.CAM and SAM aren't really brands to bother with and they are just continuing to milk what is left of the Amarchand brand
If you are in a good place/team in SCAM, then it's not worth it to move to Tri or KCo. If you are good but not in a good place/team in SCAM then it's worth moving to Tri or KCo. If you aren't good then best to stay in SCAM
Don't move to Trilegal,its the same worst work environment as CAM.Kco is better option but apparently Kco has been making people leave.So try SAM,JSA,TTA etc.
SAM has somewhat of a brand name but CAM has lost all its reputation after CBI raids,clean chit to ICICI CEO being subsequently charged in CBI FIR, MP buying luxury flat in Worli in Covid while salary cuts imposed on CAM employees, ILFS legal controversies and the recently lengthy desperate reply to Hidenburg reports.LI has several posts and conversations on the work culture in CAM being toxic.Don't Think there's a SCAM brand just SAM brand.
