Why do SA1 and SA2 at AZB, SAM, CAM make less than their peers at Trilegal, JSA and KCO even though the deal volume is much higher at AZB, SAM and CAM?

No one makes less than those at JSA. JSA hasn’t revised it pay bands in ages.

JSA pays at least 12-16 lakhs in bill share alone. (8% of your billing which is atleast 1.5 crore for SA). They are one of the highest paymasters due to this but no one apart from JSA peeps understands this.

the bill share scam that JSA is running is doing great PR for them online! No SA is making 16 lakhs unless they are the only person in the team other than the equity partner. How it works is that SA does the billing, retained partners move the hours into their sheets and make the big bucks while everyone else barely scrapes by because monthly retainers are hardly anything.

JSA doesn't need to revise its pay bands because it allows a share in billing.Doesn't get better than that.

Bruh I was making more as non-SA at AZB than what they pay their SAs. Most teams in SAMs don't pay anywhere close to Trilegal/AZB and are closer to CAM salaries.
