hi! admitted to nluo through vacant seats. was alloted the bballb course.
i have ZERO idea about accounts/commerce...will I be able to cope?
also, do profs assume prior knowledge of the subject(s)?

Not needed. In some classes like Economics, you may need to deal with basic maths and graphs. Majority students have some initial troubles with those. However, if you wish to pick up basic accounts knowledge, there is plenty of material available online. Just familiarise yourself with a balance sheet and its components, it will be useful later if you study corporate finance and similar subjects.
You don't need prior knowledge for studying any course other than science. What they teach in 11 and 12 can easily be learnt within a couple of weeks
