Itโ€™s a great team with very good work. But it can be intense at times as they work on high pressure transactions most often.
How's the team that moved from IndusLaw recently? Are they any good?
Bangalore office is a good place, I was interning there. Partners there are all sweet and chilled out. Work also seems to be good. There is a feel good factor in their newly made office.
Good team to be in if you want to learn the law. The partner is knowledgeable. But pay at Argus is below market standards tbh.
Argus Bangalore is now a large office. Pay is at par with Tier 1 or may be better in some cases, but the work load is heavy. They have really good clients and work.
Bump, heard they are hiring for the kolkata office corporate team. Any insights?
Do they take 3rd years as interns or just 4th nd 5th?

This is for T1 NLU grads. For others, they might be paying lower
Litt pays around 9+2LPA, while corp pays around16 LPA.
The Bangalore office is pretty chill but they hardly have any transactions. Most of the days they have petty drafting work and the associates don't come to the office. If you want a relaxed environment, it's a great place. Not so much for career growth.
The best office is at Kolkata. Good pay and good work-life balance
It is. There are several partners who pay attention towards helping interns learn, a rarity among indian law firms.
Atleast graduate before giving review of law firms
Been told itโ€™s a nice place to work at. Not sure about the Delhi or bangalore offices.

How is Argus Partners, Bombay? Canโ€™t find a lot about this firm online. Does the firm provide good mentorship and exposure ?
