Tnnlu has too much of a domicle quota. The location is an added disadvantage. Mnlu Nagpur is clearly a better choice. Even Ranchi is doing much better than Tnnlu.
What are you smoking on? Mnlu has the same domicile quota as tnnlu? And please what is this negative obsession on domicile reservation? It's just an entitled opinion on merit without understanding the meaning and essence of state dynamics.
