Many seniors in the Supreme Court are far beyond the reach of an average litigant. A reputed senior charges anywhere between 5 to 15 lakhs an appearance. Despite such high fees, they obviously can’t assure a good hearing. Judges are ready with the matters and come to court after having read a brief.
