I have no plans to make it big in the industry neither become stinking rich. A decent life, have family house near Mumbai, happy to travel daily, any firms you guys recommend for a fresher which has less hours and good environment
Its nothing to do with being less ambitious or coming from a tier-3 nlu.
May be he just values 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep, time off on weekends for spending with family, humane working hours during the week, and having meals on time. after a point it doesnt really make a difference in your life whether you make 2crs a year or 5crs a year when you have given no time to your family, burried your head into work and at the age of 40 have had uncountable diseases because of your erratic lifestyle.
