This is a really rude thing to say. People like you believe that institutional merit trumps over any/all individual merit. There are so many factors that eventually make a person choose any institution. Leaving that aside, the mentality that you can only judge a hire by their college is just plain idiotic. Singling out any institution in your condescending tone is especially noxious. You should be really ashamed of yourself. Hope you really introspect your insecurity. God bless.
