AFAIK not a single judgement by Clarence Thomas or Scalia is prescribed as reading. This aversion is going to become increasingly difficult, as the Court now has an overwhelming conservative majority and the recent judgments on abortion and affirmative action will need to be taught. So should Indian law professors now change their attitude?
