This isn't new, it's their standard process to cut costs. You're not joining Jyoti's JSA anymore, it's a committee run JSA that only cuts costs. New JAs will make between 60-80k a month depending on how cheap the EP is.
So apparently, JSA has a new process where they offer a junior associate position for about a year before transitioning to the associate level. Can somebody tell me what is the salary at the junior associate level?
