Thus, in 24 hours you can budget for 14 hours work + 6 hours of deep sleep + 30 mins of light sleep in between + 1 hour two-way commute time + 30 mins for bathing, bathroom, shaving + 2 hours free time (read newspapers, watch a bit of YouTube etc, speak to parents etc).
