I see that a lot of universities and institutes offer PG Diplomas on various law subjects such as IP Law, Competition Law etc. I want to practice in the field of IP law and was wondering if these ad any value to my profile in the eyes of a prospective employer or even an admission committee for an LLM. I hadn't realised this earlier but these diplomas cost a pretty penny with ones from NLUs going up to 50-60k. I don't mind shelling out the money but I just want it to be worth it. Also any other IP course I an enrol in to build my profile? I know WIPO offers some courses on their website.
there was one by aa centre at NLUD communication and technology I think, it costed 50k I think. Don't really know how good it was.
Pretty bad. Please avoid. NLUD is a good place, but that course isn't good at all.
