Amish Aggarwala, is an established YouTube Star with a license to practice the law. He has loads of lawyers and laypeople alike as his followers. He recently released this clip which, to me, appears to be bad in law. The comments show that this clip has gained significant traction amongst laypeople who are misled and disenchanted with the Indian legal system. This clip can prompt people to file cases that they perhaps even shouldn't.
