not at all, i am giving the figures from an ex nujs who was in icici and now works in my firm. they pay the exact same across colleges
I believe they have a differential payment structure. If you are from a T1 NLU, they tend to pay you more. These are figures from people who worked there, and one of them showed me the SS of the salary credited.
lol even after 4 years you donโ€™t get 1.2 lakhs in hand, barely reaches 1 lakhs after 2 years and starts at 80k in hand. This is all for Mumbai.
They are hiring from NLIU Bhopal as well from the past 7-8 years
This difference, is it like difference in a bad way or good way?
Both the recruits from CNLU's 2024 batch have been allotted Mumbai.
Icici recruit every from CNLU' amd they have increased in take from CNLU'
Thatโ€™s wrong. ICICI Mumbai goes to NLUD and GNLU as well for campus recruitment. Probably even NLUJ and HNLU.
And in NLUs , itโ€™s even bigger and better. Goes to show why the tag is important
Not the Mumbai branch. They are very choosy. It may be some other branches
ICICI Mumbai has given offers to NLU Delhi as well.
They recruit from every time, dick and harry college lol. AIL, CNLU, etc etc
You are probably talking about the management trainee/assistant relationship manager position
This is true. Also the difference in pay scales across locations is only in the HRA bit and therefore isn't a lot.
Do Bharatpe take individual applications? Iโ€™m in final year currently and would be grateful if you could maybe enlighten me on how I should proceed.
they pay 6L to glc graduates

pay increases after probation
I can confirm this is accurate.

Management trainee/Relationship manager is the biggest โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ. Please avoid ICICI at all costs. Go for a law firm even is it pays less in the start
What about ICICI bank Kolkata? I have seen NUJS alums working in the Kolkata office
